W Concept is a Hong Kong-based interior design and build company who have been working in high-end interior design, fitting out and custom-made furniture over a decade. Our office and showroom are located in Hong Kong with branches and fit-out teams in Macau and Mainland China. In order to provide the most reliable and comprehensive services, we have set up our own modernized furniture factory (170,000 sq.ft) in Dongguan.

Fit-out Contracting
For an interior project, the three elements in the project management triangle (quality, time and cost) are equally important and have to be well managed. It is necessary to have considerable knowledge, experience, and foresight to achieve the best result. Detail planning at early stage, coordination and close monitoring are essential to ensure all site works are accurately carried out during construction stage.
As far as on-site fitting out, the support from our own factory has made us more advantageous. For some large and complex fixture, we utilize advanced machinery to accurately pre-fabricate the smaller components and test fit in the factory, and then deliver to the site for re-assembly. This makes our installation faster and more accurate.
Custom Made Furniture
High-quality furniture plays an important role for a well-designed space. By utilizing advanced CAD/CAM software, state-of-art machinery and traditional craftsmanship, we make designer’s creativity into reality. Many companies in the market outsource their furniture to other parties. At W Concept, we choose to setup our own factory is to have full control of quality and production time. Another advantage is to strengthen the ability in product development and lead us to take on the most demanding and challenging bespoke projects.
